This photo is of a young boy in Nicaragua who was found in the floor of his home alone and crying. His father was at work and his mother had no way to transport him with her on her daily trip to purchase the family food for that day. He was a virtual prisoner in his own home. He has since been spotted 3 miles from the family home with his father pushing him in his wheelchair donated by JCIL. This is one of the local Priests picking up a wheelchair donated by JCIL. It is being delivered to a 78 year old woman currently confined to her home by her disabilities.
