The Jackson Center for Independent Living, in cooperation with the Emergency Management Agencies of West Tennessee, is offering individuals with disabilities an opportunity to report your need for special assistance in case of a disaster affecting the area in which you live. Simply complete the “Operation Rescue” form and mail it to the address listed on the form. It will be submitted to the Emergency Management Agency and the E911 operators responsible for your area.
