Is this poems' major theme.
Where you can get a lot of help,
To realize your dream.
To own a piece of property,
A house to call your own,
They'll help you to apply for grants,
And help you acquire a loan.
We never thought we'd have a place,
But with JCIL's help we do!
And when you dare to take that step,
Your dreams can then come true.
So don't give up, just keep on trying,
That's all you have to do.
You can get all the help you need,
The rest is up to you.
