UPDATE: IN 2005/06 ASSISTED 12 NEW HOMEOWNERS WITH $224,000 IN GRANTS 2007 UPDATE: JCIL, in collaboration with the Bank of Jackson, was awarded a new Affordable Housing Program Grant by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. The $187,950 Down Payment Homeowner grant targets underserved and unserved areas of rural West Tennessee.
